- Responsibility of PRC, a “stand alone” entity from BD group (accounting in US & Local GAAPs in JDE, review with external auditors, preparation of statutory accounts)
- Technical accounting: partner with the business for the recording of ad hoc contracts in BD books and follow-up (in compliance with US & French GAAPs)
- Transfer pricing: put in place analysis by flow, prepare the quarterly forecast reviews, the final statutory adjustment, improve the reporting files
- Quote To Cash (QTC): collaborate with the customer finance team. Ensure that customer related matters align with local GAAPs and local tax rules and are accurately recorded (including bad debt accrual, write-off…)
- STP (Source to Pay): Collaborate with Procurement and Shared Services Center to ensure financial compliance (attend weekly calls, follow-up on external/internal audits, be part of e-invoicing project implementation, advise on specific situations, make sure users are educated on company processes…)
- BP&A (Business Planning & Analysis): Act as the RTR team ambassador to improve the collaboration and processes efficiency with BP&A teams.
- Internal control: act as the coordinator of the SOX process for the Finance team I France.
- Ad hoc projects: provide support in team transverse continuous improvement projects, local impact of company M&As…
- Accounting profile: Master in accounting/finance, knowledge of USGAAP & French accounting standards.
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in an international environment (in a company or audit firm).
- Knowledge of SAP or JDE is a plus.
- Good level of English.
