  • Provide financial planning and budgeting support for R&D activities over a 12-month horizon, ensuring alignment with annual and project budgets
  • Manage expenditure commitments and purchase requests in internal systems (PILOT, VYP, DACCOR) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Maintain and update the Resource Breakdown Structure (RBS) and ensure correct time entry by project team members
  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate budget and resource forecasts in close collaboration with R&D stakeholders
  • Support monthly budget closing and ensure timely updates in line with KPI requirements (budget and expenditure entries within 3 working days)
  • Contribute to cross-functional coordination with PMO and project managers to provide transparent financial oversight and resource planning
  • Ensure compliance with company’s procedures and promote continuous improvement of budget management practices
RequirementsExperience: Prior experience in budget management, financial planning, or project support, ideally within a pharmaceutical or R&D environment.Skills: Strong knowledge of budgeting tools and processes, prior experience with Planisware (PILOT, VYP) and/or DACCOR is an advantage.
