
Evaluation Officer

- Lead evaluations through scoping, planning, designing, data collection, analysis, and report drafting;
- Coordinate evaluation with teams, including other staff and external consultants
- Research, analyze, and present data from diverse sources to support evaluation assignments
- Develop evaluation designs, including drafting inception papers and terms of reference
- Conduct data collection using qualitative and quantitative methods, analyzing and interpreting results
- Prepare and present evaluation findings, conclusions, and recommendations
- Draft comprehensive evaluation reports, incorporating feedback from stakeholders
- Ensure evaluation processes meet professional and ethical standards
- Provide briefings and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Track and assess the implementation of evaluation recommendations;
- Contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the evaluation function
- Conduct training workshops and guide internal evaluation processes
- Support organizational meetings, conferences, and working groups
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights;
- Use data visualization tools to present findings through charts, graphs, and repor
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in evaluation, research, or program assessment, preferably within international organizations;
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, data visualization, and report writing. ;
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
