Through captivating show-and-tell methods such as engaging demos and compelling presentations, you will showcase our credibility and eminence in the industry, leaving a lasting impression on potential customers.As a vital member of our team, you will support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery, collaborating closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners. With your extensive technical knowledge and mastery of the practice-specific domain, you will bring together the breadth of Kyndryl's expertise to develop profitable deals that drive our success.Your dedication to continuous improvement and your passion for our practice will shine through as you showcase your end-to-end knowledge of the domain you align with, as well as the associated subdomains. Your ability to develop and deliver compelling demonstrations, proof of concepts, and prototypes will clearly demonstrate the tangible value our offerings bring to our customers, leaving them eager to partner with us.In addition to your technical expertise, you will also take the lead in coordinating the entire pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl best practices. Your collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will generate winning responses and create optimal technical solutions. Moreover, you will actively build and nurture relationships with our external alliance partners, fostering a collaborative environment where joint solutions are co-created.Responsibilities for the Private Cloud Global Go-to-Market role:Drive business development efforts to identify new customers, open strategic conversations, and expand Kyndryl's’s private cloud footprint globally, with a focus on the EMEA region.Actively participate in 3–5 strategic deals per quarter by shaping solution structures, influencing technical direction, and leveraging global practice support.Collaborate closely with customer partners, concert partners, and the global cloud team to refine Kyndryl’s private cloud strategy using field insights.Join our team of forward thinking, tech-savvy professionals and embark on a journey of innovation, growth, and fulfillment.   • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10–15+ years of experience in business development, strategy consulting, partnerships, or corporate strategy
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, high-impact strategic initiatives or partnerships
  • Experience working in cloud computing, enterprise technology, digital transformation, or consulting services
  • Strong track record of revenue growth, deal execution, and customer engagement
  • Deep experience in enterprise sales, partner ecosystems, and professional services strategy
  • Expert in Private Cloud Platforms and its evolution to Private AI and Hybrid Cloud. Understanding the new market trends and technologies that customers demand under current regulatory and geopolitical situation.
  • Expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, GTM strategy, and business modeling
  • Experience with cross-functional leadership, managing stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, and sales
  • Ability to scale strategic partnerships, design joint offerings, or lead strategic co-selling motions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Skills and Experience:Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration, Strategy, or a technical field.Proven success in global or regional leadership roles involving private cloud, hybrid cloud, or private AI solutions.Multilingual capability or international work experience, particularly within EMEA markets, with a strong grasp of regional regulatory and geopolitical dynamics.Kyndryl France Benefits:
