
Account Executive (Inbound) - SMB 🇪🇸 🇫🇷

- Process all incoming leads via multiple lead generation sources (e.g. forms, events, referrals, partnerships) for merchants with annual sales of less than 10M€
- Organise introduction meeting with merchants to qualify leads
- Manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to the merchant's first sale
- Optimise Alma take rate of activated merchants
- Organise and track sales activities via CRM
- Experience: you have between 1-2 years of relevant experience in similar functions (e.g. Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, Inside Sales, Inbound Account Executive)
- Fluency in French and full professional proficiency in Spanish and English are mandatory.
- Strong communication skills
- Commercial skills: you are at ease in managing the entire sales cycle, in negotiation & closing discussions
