Champion client experience and loyalty. Develop and execute the Contractor market sector strategy within France. Lead and grow key and emerging contractor accounts. Personally manage major sector accounts. Collaborate with Solutions teams to shape pursuits and positioning. Leverage sector insights to influence pipeline development. Elevate our digital, sustainability and urbanization leadership and brand Lead local brand recognition including reputational management Develop and participate in thought leadership on urban sustainability issues Localize global campaigns including speaking engagements with professional associations Engage in government affairs & media channels where appropriate The candidate should have a proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies to profitably grow client accounts in the Greater Paris Area and the French contractor market. Ability to influence, convince, and partner with internal stakeholders to achieve broader collaboration and shared strategy goals. Ability to lead by persuasion across GBAs, thinking globally while working at the city level Demonstrate significant leadership capability and the ability to inspire multi-disciplinary teams around a common purpose Strong selling/marketing capabilities and ability to understand how different sectors or industries work in order to identify target clients impacted by market drivers and position for programs/projects to drive profitable growth. Ability to develop a multi-pronged business plan that enables the city to grow at above-market rates over several years. Capable of collaborating across GBAs and sectors to effectively cross-sell and respond to market drivers. Balance strong internal leadership while maintaining enduring connections to the market and clients. Establish networks and partnerships to expand and deepen our client base Together with GBA Sales Director/Leaders to determine the priority clients, emerging clients and growth strategy in city and the contractor market sector. Work with GBA Sales Director/Leaders in positioning and winning strategic pursuits. Work with marketing to develop, implement and localize brand strategies (campaigns, events). Collaborate with Account Leaders in their country.
