
Trust & Multi-Entity Accountant h/f

- Full bookkeeping for ~200 entities, including numerous offshore trusts (BVI, Cayman, etc.)
- Process ~250 monthly investment-related financial transactions
- Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, trial balances, and financial reports
- Support monthly and annual closings, contribute to financial statement preparation
- Work within Anglo-Saxon accounting standards while adapting to Monegasque norms
- Maintain accurate audit trails and document archiving
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal legal teams
- Contribute to the accounting and oversight of a family office comprising around 20 corporate structures
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-entity accounting, ideally in a fiduciary, family office, legal advisory, or trust company
- Experience with offshore jurisdictions such as BVI, Cayman, or Guernsey is a plus
- Mastery of bookkeeping software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
- Fluency in Anglo-Saxon GAAP and knowledge of Monegasque accounting rules
- Strong ability to manage large transaction volumes and complex intercompany structures
- Fluent English (mandatory) – French is an asset
- Meticulous and reliable
