(Holdings Reporting Package)● Participate in the various analyses of actual variances versus all reporting cycles in order to track business performance and identify potential trends. ● Support Controllers to ensure the data accuracy and analytics, respecting the processes and deadlines● Follow-up HQ provisions (review & validation of PO /review of the accruals / etc..)● Assist the team with spot ad-hoc reports, data analysis, presentations and projects. Be able to follow up cross-team topics● Assist in driving continuous improvement (Process, reporting, etc.).INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS● Central finance team (especially with consolidation & accounting team ) ● Group functions (Ecommerce, HR, procurement, etc.)QualificationsPrevious experiences: a first experience in Accounting, Finance Controlling, Finance Planning & Analysis or AuditEducation level: Master (first or second year)Languages: Fluent English and French is valuedComputer skills:● Masters Excel and Powerpoint● Knowledge of SAP Finance Consolidation is valuedPersonal characteristics:● Self-motivated● Fast learner● Reliable: Following through on commitments, producing timely work to required - or higher - standards, and pitching in to get the job done; ● Flexibility / Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines● Constructive challenge● Team player
