- You will be closely involved in negotiations with our clients, at the heart of our brands' business news and be part of a team responsible for negotiating commercial agreements with our clients and building our brands' commercial strategy.
- You will be in charge of preparing client meetings and at the heart of discussions about upcoming negotiations.
- Participate in the analysis of the product mix, promotion, sales, etc. in order to make the best recommendations.
- Have a real impact in a team constantly seeking better sales results!
- You are a Master's student, currently on a gap year or completing your end-of-studies internship
- You are fluent in English or French.
- You have an expertise in sales and business development (negotiation and sales techniques, planning, omnichannel approach), analytical skills, good commercial knowledge (trade marketing, e-commerce, etc.) and are proficient in technical tools (Excel in particular).
- You are curious, independent, and responsible, have good influencing skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, are proactive, have a strategic mindset, and enjoy solving complex problems.
- You have a strong interest in the beauty industry.
- You have experience in client management and in an international professional environment.
- Compensation: €1,700 gross per month
- Transportation: 60% of transport costs covered
