Storage Development Project Manager

- Identify and qualify project sites through mapping, urban planning, environmental and network analysis.
- Conduct feasibility studies using internal evaluation tools and methodologies.
- Engage with landowners, farmers, local authorities, and stakeholders to secure land agreements.
- Contribute to project design, sizing, and site planning in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage the full permitting process including environmental assessments, agricultural studies, and building/ICPE applications.
- Anticipate and mitigate regulatory risks including zoning, easements, and appeals.
- Participate in legal and financial structuring of projects.
- Oversee project timelines, documentation, and cross-functional coordination throughout the development lifecycle.
- Degree from an engineering or business school (or equivalent) with relevant professional experience, ideally in renewable energy development.
- Prior experience in energy storage or solar project development is an asset.
- Understanding of the electricity sector and regulatory environment.
- Strong skills in territorial analysis (urban planning, environmental constraints, grid access, etc.).
- Proficiency in GIS tools such as QGIS; interest in data analysis and automation is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent in French with professional proficiency in English.
- B-category driving license required.
