
Sales Engineer

- Analyze and update the CRM database for each visit with information from customer interviews (offers, documentation, quality complaints, projects).
- Organize and conduct customer and prospect visits to identify and understand their needs.
- Propose and negotiate tailored solutions, supported by the technical team, and close sales.
- Prepare price offers and ensure follow-up of proposals and ongoing business in the CRM system.
- Target and pursue new customer prospects in the sector to expand the client base.
- Promote company products in collaboration with Market Specialists and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze and address major customer complaints, coordinating with Quality and After-Sales Service.
- Organize and lead customer meetings, maintain weekly reports, and analyze performance metrics.
- Participate in trade shows and events, contributing to marketing and organizational efforts.
- Maintain product and technology knowledge to support customer equipment handling and order fulfilment.
- Bac+2 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Technical and commercial knowledge
- Technical training in Mechanics or Electronics
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Package
- English knowledge
- Familiarity with plastics.
- Industry experience.
- Understanding of the external environment, including market trends, competitors, customers, and suppliers.
- Skilled in selling value-added solutions.
