is properly disseminated internally.Comprising 2 people based in Paris and 1 in New York, the team is responsible for planning and executing the marketing plan, in line with the global business strategy. It provides support to SCOR P&C's management and to the sales and product development teams, ensuring that the overall messages are consistent, that the actions are relevant to the targets, and that they are properly executed.The Digital Marketing & Events Coordinator Apprenticeship is instrumental in the roll out of the marketing
plan. Through the use of digital solutions, you help the business teams reach their target clients and ensure
SCOR's voice is heard. You propose ideas and you are not afraid to implement solutions that can improve
the team's efficiency.The position is based in our Paris headquarter.Responsibilities:Responsibilities:Event Coordination
- Assist in organizing and coordinating various events, SCOR Campus and trainings (webinars, conferences, on-site and remote sessions, commercial events).
- Create visual assets for “Save the Date” and invitation emails.
- Format presentations and ensure compliance with SCOR's visual identity.
- Manage the registration platform (Extranet) and monitor participant sign-ups.
- Prepare event materials (badges, name tents, programs, surveys).
- Support client welcoming and on-site logistics.
- Collaborate with the Digital & Product Marketing Officer to support lead generation strategy and
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure alignment across markets.
- Maintain and improve data quality in collaboration with the CRM Manager and IT (bounce management, dashboard monitoring, data updates).
- Support the creation of expert content using standard desktop publishing tools.
- Provide operational and logistical support for SCOR Campus with the Marketing Specialist
- Help qualify collected data and analyze results.
- Work with business teams to update marketing materials (brochures, website) in English and French.
- Support sales teams in using social media effectively (visual creation, best practices).
- Implement systematic processes to produce and deliver promotional assets for events and team
