- Define with R&D a process to apply in our equipment with the capacities of them to answer at our customer requests
- Analyze the results of the process to propose improvements to obtain specifications or to be more stable in our parameters
- In case of deviation, to be able to define the root cause and to propose actions plan.
- At the end, propose a standardization of the task and process, to be more robust in serial production
- Process specialist: technical knowledge related to welding, cutting and automated mechanical assembly.
- Expert to define a root cause, to engage analysis, to improve it and to standardize.
- 5 to 10 years of experience process engineering.
- Experience in process qualification: Calibration, R&R, Cpk…
- Master of Sciences in mechanical or industrial engineering or other related fields.
- Fluent in French and English. German optional.
