Channel Marketing Assistant (internship)

- Assist in the planning and execution of channel marketing activation plans with our Partners on a global scale
- Work in collaboration with our central Marketing Teams on Channel Marketing plans for our upcoming titles
- Coordinate the production of assets and approvals, hand in hand with Marketing Product Managers
- Liaise with our external partners to secure visibility on our back-catalog titles and upcoming releases
- Keep track of the upcoming marketing announcements for all of our products (trailers, pre-orders opening, game releases, DLCs, OSTs, etc.)
- Help to coordinate assets delivery to our partners
- Participate in weekly and monthly calls with our partners and BNEU marketing teams.
- Take part in the management of our monthly Channel Marketing reports that are sent to all departments and to the Marketing Directors in our subsidiaries
- Identify latest trends and new opportunities for joint marketing operations with our partners
- Currently enrolled in a master’s degree, majoring in project management or digital marketing
- Initial experience in the entertainment industry or digital marketing would be a plus
- Fluent in English, excellent written and spoken communication skills
- French is a plus
- A command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Capable of showing organizational skills when managing different priorities
- Ability to respect tight deadlines pertaining to various projects
- Ability to work both within a team and in autonomy
- Curious and willing to learn
- Dynamic and organized
