Job description Within the Marketing Development Product team of LAB SERIES, located in Paris, your internship supervisor is the Global Product Manager. In collaboration with the Marketing team, you will learn and be trained by participating in the following activities: Participation in the development of new products from hero franchises, concepts and marketing campaigns, from conception to launch (product development, campaign development, internationalization strategies) Participation in strategic recommendations related to the development of the marketing plan Coordination of requests from subsidiaries such as merchandising, boxes, storytelling, and other requests. Coordination with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, packaging, logistics) on activities related to product development Responsible for competitive intelligence, studies and qualitative/quantitative market analysis. Support to the marketing team in day-to-day activities and requests Profile A business school student (or equivalent) with a strong interest in luxury and skincare Curious, rigorous, proactive, organized, creative and autonomous Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously and collaborating with diverse teams Enthusiastic and passionate about the beauty industry, eager to discover marketing challenges Strong command of Pack Office and excellent English skills (written, spoken, read) A first internship in marketing (experience in luxury beauty is a plus) Benefits Located at our offices in 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, with up to 2 days of remote work per week 70% reimbursement of your transportation costs Salary of up to €1,400 and numerous product benefits throughout your internship
