  • Lead global finance operations for Mass Production,
  • overseeing financial performance across 37 factories worldwide,
  • producing over 600M lenses annually Manage and coordinate a team of regional MP finance leaders (~50 HC),
  • ensuring alignment and performance across regions.
  • Directly responsible for cost controlling, budgeting, and forecast development.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure methodological consistency and implementation of MCS (Management Control Systems).
  • Ensure alignment and consistency of financial results with central finance reporting.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to Mass Production leadership, supporting decision-making and driving financial performance.
Profile recherché :
  • Niveau de connaissance équivalent à un bac +5 complété d’une expérience professionnelle en Finance, Comptabilité, Commerce, Ingénierie,… à partir de 10 ans.
  • Compétences analytiques et esprit de synthèse pour conceptualiser rapidement et simplement des problèmes et leurs solutions.
  • Forte adaptabilité face à l’évolution régulière des demandes des parties prenantes, des organisations, des technologies et des normes.
  • Compétences comportementales permettant d’aborder des problématiques de haute complexité avec des interlocuteurs de haut rang
  • Niveau d’anglais courant
