- Define security requirements for Schneider Electric's Cloud IoT platform (EcoStruxure Platform) and its CI/CD infrastructures, according to customer needs for connectivity and remote device management aspects,
- Align requirements with the cybersecurity certification strategy that are defined with lines of business for their offers’ roadmap (IEC62443, SOC2, ISO27001, …),
- Monitor the approved technology for threats, vulnerabilities, and updates; and oversee the mitigation of security issues.
- Innovate and perform feasibility studies using preferred partner infrastructures, including vulnerability analysis to strengthen solutions, and prototyping complex features.
- Identify new technologies and partners to offer the best solutions to our customers.
- Participate and contribute to the Schneider Electric Cybersecurity community.
- Participate in conferences or trade shows to discover new technologies and also highlight Schneider Electric's know-how and skills in security.
- Master's Degree / Engineer in computer science and/or engineering with specialization in cybersecurity.
- 5+ years of work experience with cloud cybersecurity architecture and/or operations.
- Excellent knowledge of Cloud Cybersecurity Architecture (Microsoft Azure or AWS Cloud services, …)
- Excellent knowledge of continuous integration and continuous development (CI/CD) technologies.
- Knowledge of Linux and Kubernetes technologies.
- Mastery of certificate management (PKI, ACME, Bootstrap EST, CA, etc.).
- Knowledge of fundamentals: Access Control, Authorization (OAuth2, …), TLS, etc.
- Threat Modelling and other Secure Development Lifecycle practices.
- Programming languages: Java, .NET, Python, Terraform, Helm. C, C++ is a plus
- Familiarity with agile development
- Knowledge of applicable standards: IEC62443, ISO 27001, NISTSP800-x, etc is a plus
- Enjoy learning and introducing new technologies to help colleagues and partners embrace and adopt them
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze problems and develop
- actionable and appropriate tactical plans
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects
- Ability to build consensus and followership with key stakeholders, and drive change
- English language proficiency required
