
Account Manager - Affiliates & Partnerships (M/F/X)

- Own the performance and retention of France's direct partnerships and affiliate programs
- Drive initiatives to meet business goals and maximize ROI - from optimizing discount/payout structures to creative strategy, to review of customer experience and campaign execution
- Act as the primary contact for strategic partners, developing long-term relationships and managing contract renewals or updates
- Use data to assess and enhance campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify growth opportunities
- Create forecasts, track key metrics, and deliver performance insights and reporting
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or digital marketing.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in business strategy.
- Fluent in French and English
- Deep knowledge of the French affiliate landscape, including expertise in affiliate platforms (Impact, Kwanko, Awin) and tracking technologies.
- Experience with app affiliate marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) is a plus.
- Highly analytical and organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strategic thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.
