In this transformative role, you will lead The Fashion Pact’s efforts across its two key climate-focused programs: Low Impact Production (LIP) and Renewable Energy (RE).The Fashion Pact is a global coalition of companies in the fashion and textile sectors committed to using the power of collective action to accelerate change. Uniquely CEO-led and action-oriented, The Fashion Pact is a non-profit organization funded by its members and focused on delivering scalable impact.To learn more about The Fashion Pact and its work, visit:What will you be doing in this role?This newly created role will connect you with over a third of the global fashion industry, working closely with senior executives from member companies to help deliver on their commitments. You’ll also collaborate with leading technical experts and NGO partners supporting The Fashion Pact’s mission.As Senior Program Manager, you will oversee the execution of programs focused on Low Impact Production and Renewable Energy. Reporting to the Head of Programs, you will manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects that drive collective progress toward the coalition’s climate goals.The ideal candidate brings deep experience in sustainable production and a strong understanding of the decarbonization landscape—ideally within fashion or the broader consumer goods sector. Leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels are essential.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of The Fashion Pact’s strategies for the Low Impact Production and Renewable Energy programs.
  • Oversee and manage initiatives across both programs, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure key milestones are met.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each Joint Action, aligned with The Fashion Pact’s impact strategy.
  • Provide regular progress updates to internal teams, member companies, and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of program managers, supporting their professional development.
