- Transition of the service organization from reactive to proactive, covering all user service touchpoints.
- Define strategic targets and oversee their implementation with regional service managers.
- Foster a results-oriented team environment, ensuring high performance and quality.
- Lead and develop the skills of the service team, promoting a culture of accountability and swift decision-making.
- Develop and implement a localization strategy to bring field technicians closer to customers.
- Ensure required HSE training, audit and certifications of all field services engineer
- Manage Regional subcontractor/agent in line with the contract & Sourcing rules.
- Ensure proper management of Field Administration for the site activities in the Region
