Choosing to join Maisons et Cités means joining a rapidly evolving group with a structured 10-year vision supported by all 850 employees.Description de la missionKarine, Branch Manager in Calonne-Ricouart, is looking for her future rental management account manager (M/F) on a fixed-term contract: you will be responsible for managing tenants from the time they move in to the time they move out, including:- Explanation and signing of the lease contract to incoming tenants
- Identification and handling of abnormal situations in your area to ensure the peace of mind of residents (first level mediation, neighborhood disputes, etc.)
- Taking charge of routine maintenance by handling requests in compliance with regulations, controlling costs, deadlines and budgetsFinally, you propose and develop territorial animation actions with external partners in interaction with the city's political referent to create and promote social ties.The recruitment process:
