You will work within a team of former strategy consultants (Bain, Mars & Co), to closely support the CEO and executive team, in a key moment of growth & transformation for Aircall while reporting to the Strategy Manager. \nKey responsibilities:
  • Drive Strategic Decisions: Support leadership in making key strategic decisions by structuring and conducting in-depth analyses and market research (e.g., geo-expansion strategies, market sizing).
  • Board Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing for Board of Directors meetings by performing relevant analyses and crafting impactful presentation materials.
  • Project Execution Tracking: Monitor the execution of key strategic projects, report progress to the VP of Strategy & Operations and the CEO, and help track Company OKRs.
  • Internal Communication: Build compelling presentations to communicate quarterly results and priorities to the company.
  • CEO Support: Provide ad hoc assistance to the CEO, such as preparing presentations for key committee
Qualifications :
  • You are coming from top-tier business or engineering school
  • You have a first experience in a leading strategy consulting firm; exposure to Corporate Strategy / Transformation is a plus
  • You excel in data-driven problem-solving, with advanced proficiency in Excel (knowledge of Looker is a strong plus)
  • You have a solid business sense and a good ability to take a step-back on your work when needed
  • You are solution-oriented and able to navigate autonomously under uncertainty
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are enthusiastic, reliable and fun: people enjoy working with you and trust you
