Join us.Your impact:You are part of the Analytic Database Professional Services team based in Paris, France primary role is to provide technology consulting services to our Vertica customers.You provide technical expertise, architectural guidance, and project support to both new and existing customers based on their needs, expectations, and constraints to ensure a successful experience with Analytic Database.What the role offers:Provide technical expertise, architectural guidance, and consulting for OpenText Analytics Database (Vertica) customers.Lead new implementations, recommend best practices, and support clients in solving technical challenges.Act as the primary customer contact throughout implementation and post-go-live adoption.Contribute to business growth by supporting proposals, identifying opportunities, and nurturing client relationships.Maintain high levels of billable work, deliver reporting, and travel as needed to meet customersWhat you need to succeed:10+ years in customer-facing roles (Professional Services, Solution Engineering/Architecture, or Technical Account Management) with a strong background in enterprise data analytics, data warehouses, and large-scale projects.Deep knowledge of SQL databases (ideally MPP such as Vertica), performance tuning, data warehousing, Linux, scripting (Python, shell), and both on-premises and cloud deployments.Hands-on experience with data ingestion/transformation tools, visualization/reporting platforms, and familiarity with advanced analytics or data science.Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead teams; excellent communication, presentation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science (or related field); fluency in English and French, with Spanish, Italian, or German as a plus.OpenText's efforts to build an inclusive work environment go beyond simply complying with applicable laws.
