We are looking for a Program Manager - New Product Introduction (x|f|m) based in Illkirch (France) or Göttingen (Germany) or Freiburg (Germany).The Program Manager NPI (F/M) will be responsible for the oversight of NPI (New Product Introduction) programs within ATS. This role involves planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful delivery of innovations in alignment with organizational objectives.Grow with us - Your responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for and provide guidance on project management processes and systems
  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Coordinate the efficient allocation of resources, ensuring teams have the necessary tools, information, and support to achieve successful outcomes
  • Provide clear direction, support, and motivation for project teams to achieve project or program objectives
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, cultivating positive relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with program goals
  • Ensure dashboards are up to date and of the right quality for regular senior-level meetings, including the preparation of reports, and the portfolio risks & issues register
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial resources, generating regular reports for senior management to offer insights into project health, progress, and areas for improvement
What will convince us:
  • Academic degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
  • 3+ years of work experience in project or program management roles, demonstrating successful delivery of complex initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to address diverse stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to align project objectives with broader organizational goals
  • Proven ability to anticipate challenges, adapt to changing project requirements and timelines, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment
  • Proven skills in using project management tools
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation and reporting
  • Fluent in English
