- Assist with the smooth coordination of daily hotel operations.
- Help ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Support communication between front office and housekeeping teams.
- Work alongside the reception team to provide day-to-day guidance and motivation.
- Help onboard and support new team members.
- Foster a positive and cooperative working environment.
- Be present on the floor to ensure guests receive a warm welcome.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving guest satisfaction.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in hotel as front desk manager, coordination, or team support roles.
- Fluency in French and good command of English (spoken and written).
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organised, reliable, and able to multitask in busy periods.
- A degree in hospitality or related field is a plus, but not required.
