- Lead the successful implementation of a new supply scheme by July 2026, ensuring strong coordination across countries and with internal experts
- Contribute to the deployment of the GDSN project, assisting small markets in automating assortment creation via the Gaia tool
- Roll out the Sell Out Cockpit for Sephora and key international clients at regional level
- Coordinate expert and operational teams to define efficient processes and ensure timely, successful project delivery

- A skilled negotiator with strong coordination capabilities, comfortable navigating complex business environments and driving agreements to closure

- Analytically minded, with the ability to gather and interpret market data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions
- Exceptionally organized, with proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Well-versed in the international luxury market, with knowledge of key players, industry trends, and evolving customer preferences - a strong asset
- Fluent in business English, both written and spoken
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field - an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an international and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other key tools used for reporting and coordination
