Involvement in MACI (Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence) reports and presentations
  • Develop and contribute to reports and presentations, including: • Demand scenarios • Value chain and market size • TAM, SAM, SOM (Total Addressable Market, Available Market, Available Market) identification • Market and Competitive Analysis • SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Demand, Marketing, Marketing, Marketing, Marketing, Marketing, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) - Key findings and policy recommendations
2. Competitor Analysis
- Analyze T.EN (Technip Energies) and competitors' market shares - Create competitive presentations (both high-level and in-depth) - Identify key market players, emerging competitors, and potential opportunities3. Internal data and external databases
- Act as a focal point for external databases- Manage and organize internal and external data- Create and maintain a project list- Correlate external data with information in our CRM 4 system. Continuous Improvements
- Participate in projects to improve methodologies within the CRM system - Use analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence tools to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes5. Other Potential Business Analytics Activities
