- Build online data reporting and analysis to support the ecom teams in their daily operations:
- Pdp performance (CTR, Add to cart) to support merchandising on the ranking strategy and content teams on their shooting strategy
- Landing page performance to support Paid teams…
- Build comprehensive overview and understanding of online customer journey per market spotting pain points and areas of improvement leveraging Content Square and Google analytics as main sources of information
- Run frequent competitive benchmark regarding customer journey per market
- Run AB test to validate hypothesis regarding online experience optimizations leveraging AB Tasty
- Using customer journey analysis, AB Test results and benchmark, build relevant evolution roadmap addressing identified pain points and areas of improvement while prioritizing most impactful topics
- Coordinate related projects with tech/content/merch/log teams to ensure evolution roadmap is realized
- Good technical sensibility and understanding
- Solid project management skills
- Strong leadership & communication skills to gather relevant parties around his/her roadmap
- Ability to work and grow in a complex and multicultural environment
- Proven experiences with following types of tools is a must: Google Analytics, at least one AB testing tool and online customer journey analysis tool (such as Content Square)
