
CRO, UX/UI & Marketing Operations - Freelance

- Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates on Landing Pages and surveys
- Optimize user journeys by applying UX/UI best practices
- Analyze data and user behavior to identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
- Propose and implement data-driven improvements to our conversion funnels
- Build and update Landing Pages using our internal Page Builder, providing UX and functionality feedback to technical teams
- Monitor and investigate KPIs such as CVR, Billable Rate, and CPL to ensure targets are met
- Manage and follow new client launches from operational setup to go-live
- Act as a cross-functional project manager for optimization and launch projects in agile format (ClickUp)
- 2+ years of professional experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, UX/UI Design, Digital Marketing, or Web Design
- Proven expertise in A/B testing and using data to drive UX/UI and performance decisions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience designing or managing high-converting Landing Pages
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Project management abilities - identifying objectives and coordinating teams to achieve them
- Curious about consumer behavior and UX best practices
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize and work independently
- Fluent in English required; Spanish or German fluency is highly preferred (other languages such as Italian or Portuguese are a plus)
- International account management experience is a plus
