- Finalize and Stabilize the Roll Out of the SAP S4 Hana Solution to all geographies and sites
- Support IT Business Analysts, AMS with solving incidents, capturing and Deploying Enhancements SAP IBP & S4 Hana to improve Suppliers Plan
- Participate to the project 'Supplier Digitalization' in order to automatize transactional activities with external suppliers
- Manage the implementation of reporting tools (KPIs, Controls, Analytics) in the data hub / Power BI in support of our planning processes through different horizons (S&OP & S&OE)
- Facilitate the community of Material Planners including the Key Users.
- Assess training needs for this community. Contribute to the build of the Planning Academy through E-Learning and Trainings
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standards through trainings and audits. Deploy them and train the teams: processes, indicators, key parameters, etc.
- Work in collaboration with Purchasing Excellence to improve relationship between Buyers and Material Planners
- Master's degree in data analytics, supply chain, operations, information technology
- at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Inventory Management and Material Planning
- Hands-on experience with material planning
- Worked in a team-based and international environment
- Interest in systems, thorough knowledge of planning tools (ideally SAP) - Experience in implementing SAP is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify and teach complex topics to users
- English proficiency level of B2+/C1 is required for this cross-functional position
- Capable of teaching complex topic in a simple manner
- Capable of leading project autonomously including change management and stake holder management
- Ability to find his way in a complex environment and adapt his approach to deliver results to business
- Long Term Contract with limited international travels
- Remote working allowed (90 days/year)
