- Design and develop the demo environment to support the team in demoing scenarios.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Retail, e-Commerce and Order Management solutions, with a deep knowledge of the retail tech environment.
- Participate with Sales & Pre Sales team in building demonstration environment.
- Ability to develop and configure extensions and personalized demos
- Manage RFP process and solution design, especially on functional, integration and project topics (planning and project cost)
- Be present and co-facilitate meetings/workshops/support sessions to present the functional, integration and project topics to the various contacts at the prospects
- Support in building POC with technology partners to demonstrate joined value propositions and end to end demo.
- Support in documentation and tools for partner pre sales and new comers in learning how to demo OneStock
- Experience as a Tech lead developer or pre-sales engineer in a SaaS sales environment for at least 2 years, or have demonstrated the equivalent skill set over a range of roles.
- You have strong skills in programming languages such as vue.js, and you're not afraid to learn new ones.
- You understand the key principles of software architecture and application development.
- You are capable of independently managing projects from start to finish while maintaining regular communication with stakeholders.
- You are thorough and able to share your knowledge with your team.
- You are comfortable with both written and spoken communication in English.
- Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills to influence all levels of an organization, including executive level.
- Familiarity with major e-commerce CMS platforms (Shopify, Magento, CommerceTools, etc.), ERP and/or WMS
- A solid understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience deploying globally distributed applications on public clouds (ideally GCP).
- Italian or German speaking will be an advantage
