
Marketing Manager

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns in close collaboration with the Sales team to drive pipeline growth and brand visibility within France
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns aligned with business and industry themes - this includes events, digital campaigns, content creation, and demand generation activities
- Manage and report on budgets, ensuring spend is aligned with strategic goals and delivers measurable ROI
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and overall marketing initiatives, providing insight and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Partner with subject matter experts to identify and prioritize target accounts for marketing engagement
- Coordinate and manage creative agencies and third-party partners to deliver campaign assets and execute marketing programs
- Develop compelling case studies and business-led customer success stories to support sales enablement and thought leadership
- Strengthen relationships with Microsoft, working alongside our local Alliance lead, ensuring alignment on joint marketing efforts
- Oversee internal and external communications related to new client wins in coordination with the Sales team
- Maintain and support CRM data hygiene (for marketing campaigns, and leads), ensuring accurate segmentation and reporting
- Enhance Hitachi Solutions Europe's web presence, including publishing and optimising content for SEO, working alongside our website manager in Europe.
- Demonstrated experience in both strategic planning and hands-on execution of B2B marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft's partner ecosystem is desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication in French & English and presentation skills-both written and verbal.
- Proven copywriting skills with a flair for turning complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- A degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
- Interview in English with the Marketing Director Europe and Sales Director France, ideally on site, or on Teams - With a presentation to be made which will be detailed beforehand.
