
Marketing Manager

- Working with our multiple marketing functions, and with the marketing teams to develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the EMEA region to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead the execution of demand generation campaigns across the EMEA region, aligned with business priorities and target segments.
- Plan and manage key regional events, including international tradeshows (in DACH, Middle East and Eastern Europe regions), customer days, and webinars.
- Coordinate and localize global marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional needs and goals.
- Contribute to EMEA social media activities, including co-branded campaigns and customer success stories.
- Partner with Sales and BDR teams to drive ABM programs across high-value accounts.
- Support local sales teams, particularly in emerging markets and new business clusters with tailored enablement tools and content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing teams (Brand, Solutions Marketing, PR &Communications, Marketing Insights, etc.) to ensure consistency and strategic alignment.
- Optimize the customer journey using data-driven insights and continually improve marketing ROI.
- Oversee local website improvements to enhance user experience and conversion.
- Manage marketing and creative resources, agencies, and budgets effectively.
- Track and report on campaign performance, applying insights to refine future strategies.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategy with limited oversite.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B marketing and channel experience, preferably in regional or international roles.
- Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue.
- Full-stack marketing expertise with strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.(Salesforce, Pardot…)
- Experience with regional event management and ABM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages of French and German are a plus
