  • Develop and prepare sales proposals for 2-Stroke Marine Engines, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain and build strategic relationships with customers, focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and exchange of ideas across organizational boundaries.
  • Contribute to developing a healthy team spirit and dynamics, driving cultural and DNA change within the organization.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, leveraging knowledge of Wärtsilä products and solutions.
  • Participate in negotiations, demonstrating strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Drive performance with a positive attitude, ensuring business and results orientation.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of MS Office and CRM (Salesforce) applications for daily activities.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and French; additional languages are a plus.
Requirements for the position
  • Technical MSc or equivalent education, preferably in a relevant field.
  • Concrete work experience in the Marine Business, specifically with 2-4 Stroke Marine Engines. Good knowledge of Wärtsilä products and solutions is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in Sales and/or Technical Support, with a focus on 2-Stroke Marine Engines.
  • Multiple years of work experience in demanding structured organizations or business environments.
  • Knowledge of the regional market and awareness of cultural diversity.
  • Strong business and results orientation.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and CRM (Salesforce) applications.
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
