- Develop and prepare sales proposals for 2-Stroke Marine Engines, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company standards.
- Maintain and build strategic relationships with customers, focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and exchange of ideas across organizational boundaries.
- Contribute to developing a healthy team spirit and dynamics, driving cultural and DNA change within the organization.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, leveraging knowledge of Wärtsilä products and solutions.
- Participate in negotiations, demonstrating strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Drive performance with a positive attitude, ensuring business and results orientation.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of MS Office and CRM (Salesforce) applications for daily activities.
- Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Technical MSc or equivalent education, preferably in a relevant field.
- Concrete work experience in the Marine Business, specifically with 2-4 Stroke Marine Engines. Good knowledge of Wärtsilä products and solutions is an advantage.
- Previous experience in Sales and/or Technical Support, with a focus on 2-Stroke Marine Engines.
- Multiple years of work experience in demanding structured organizations or business environments.
- Knowledge of the regional market and awareness of cultural diversity.
- Strong business and results orientation.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and CRM (Salesforce) applications.
- Written and spoken proficiency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Are ready to take the next step in their career towards sales proposals. Marine experience is not a must; we value motivation and passion.
