The position is based at our Villejust (91) or Marseille (13) location.Key Responsibilities:
Conducting studies related to the development and implementation of NDT methods;
Leading the development of dimensional and visual inspection processes, with potential expansion to other NDT methods (UT, RT, ET, etc.);
Drafting bilingual documentation required for such projects (Specifications, Technical Justifications, Inspection Procedures, etc.);·
Leading and/or performing development and qualification testing of processes;· Training field personnel prior to operations on nuclear sites;
Providing technical supervision during operations and managing associated deviations;
Participating in technical and commercial bids;
Depending on your profile, this position may evolve into a technical referent and/or expert role.
You will be based in Villejust or Marseille and may be required to travel to our workshops, nuclear sites in France or abroad, or occasionally to client premises;
Depending on the projects, you may work in shifts and/or on weekends.
Qualifications:
Master's degree (Bac+5) with a technical focus;
You possess expertise in NDT/END and knowledge in physical measurements and materials;
You have significant experience in metrology (manual dimensional inspections, 3D measurements, uncertainty calculations, control jig design, etc.);
You have significant experience in visual weld inspections, both direct and remote;
You are certified VT and/or PT Level 2. Any additional Level 2 and/or Level 3 certifications according to ISO 9712 would be an asset;
You have at least 5 years of experience in NDT within high safety/security environments;
Experience in the nuclear sector and with EDF is a plus;
You are autonomous, meticulous, and capable of working in a team and managing multiple tasks simultaneously;
You are bilingual in French and English; proficiency in German or Spanish is a plus;
You hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
