- Providing support to improve Data Quality in our systems (Salesforce and SAP Masterdata).
- Providing support in reporting activities.
- Proposing and implementing improvements (tools, templates, procedures) to improve processes and simplify reporting activities.
- Standardizing internal processes related to maintenance contract management and cross-team coordination.
- Analyzing current practices and identifying areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor or master degree in STEM or any technical discipline
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn, improve processes, and take initiative.
- Curious, enthusiastic, and open-minded personality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
