- From gathering needs to monitoring recruitment, the Senior Recruitment Consultant will have a key role in the development and growth of the business.
- Qualify/refine the needs expressed by key account customers
- Ensure the search for profiles on the platform via Malt Plus and other internal matching solutions (hunting outside our platform is rare!)
- Ensure the qualification of profiles and deliver the best to the client with an argument
- Advise and support the freelancer as well as the client in the recruitment phase
- Intervene on the signing of the contract in collaboration with the Key Account Manager
- Be proactive in improving processes and methods
- This is a real hybrid position between recruitment and sales with key account contacts.
- It also allows you to work in teams (with the Squad's recruitment consultants) and in pairs (with Key Account Managers) on opportunities.
- You will use very modern sourcing tools based on AI It requires versatile skills and will allow you to develop excellent interpersonal skills with several types of interlocutors (candidates, clients, internally)

- You have a native level in French as you'll be working on the French market
- You have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally with direct contact with clients
- You have already worked in a BtoB environment with large accounts
- You have at least a Bachelor's degree in commerce or human resources
- You are organized and rigorous
- You are motivated by objectives and achieving results
- You are curious and want to learn and develop new skills
- You have a great capacity for adaptation, you like challenges and want to work in a hypergrowth environment
- You have good interpersonal skills and a commercial spirit
- You have a good level of English allowing you to interact with international teams
- A first interview with Agathe, our Lead TA to better understand your background, expectations, and answer your questions (45-60 minutes).
- First interview with your future manager to discuss your experience in more detail, address situational questions and better understand our expectations
- Presentation of a business case to the Head of Project Partner and one of our Business Unit Manager
- Final interview with Nicolas, Global Director of PP, to discuss your long-term vision at Malt (30 minutes).
