Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.Your challenges:● Analyzing damage reports and designing appropriate repair solutions for metallic and composite structures on ATA chapters 52, 53 and 57-10, in accordance with the relevant certification/airworthiness requirements and Airbus methods and process.
● Interacting with a multidisciplinary team in the development of structural repair solutions.
● Managing and validating repair solutions proposed by external partners and Off-shore centres once the right delegation steps have been achieved.
● Promoting and supporting continuous improvement and innovations initiatives of our organization through selected projects, providing added value to the A/C operator.
● Ensuring safety and airworthiness of aircraft structure by reporting any unsafe conditionYour boarding pass:● Educated to an Engineering Degree or equivalent with a relevant experience and a minimum of two (2) years in the aerospace industry.
● Experience in aircraft structures Design, Methods & Principles is mandatory. Knowledge of Fuselage structures ATA 52/53 is an asset.
● Knowledge of the following tools: Design (CATIA V5, GILDA), TechRequest, and of the following manuals: SRM, ASR, NTM.
● Understanding of Static, Fatigue and Airworthiness requirements when designing aircraft structure.
● Knowledge of airline operations, product Integrity / Liability and maintenance operations.
● Ability to perform in a high pressure reactive environment and to quickly make decisions.
● Team player and Customer oriented
