- Responsible for the Global Benefits Project• Conduct audits on C&B, particularly on the benefits side, analyze compensation & benefits data against policies, clean reported data, and ensure data quality
- Participate in the design, development, enhancement, and implementation of Global C&B programs & policies for all affiliates
- Participate in the Annual Compensation Review
- Contribute to the enhancement and proposal of new schemes such as LTI, ESPP and other program as a subject matter
- Assist with process improvement projects aligned with existing HR processes
- Create C&B tools to support HR / Managers
- Provide advice and prepare recommendations / communication tool to the Exclusive Networks HR Team on C&B topics
- Coordinate the Global Benefits Project in collaboration with an external consulting company
- Coordinate compensation and benefits surveys with an external consulting company and perform matching exercises
- Conduct market analysis through salary surveys and staying updated on industry trends and best practices within our markets (with a focus on benefit) and developing recommendations
- Stay informed about new trends and best practices in the field, specifically within our target markets
- 10 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits (in an international compensation / controlling environment ; experience in consulting company would be a plus)
- Knowledge of global benefits
- Knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Project management skills
- Good analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Experience with advanced Excel functionality, Power Point and HRIS tools
- Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy when working with data and reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and French
- Practicality and effectiveness in your daily work, prioritizing key tasks and meeting tight deadlines
- Must be organized, responsive and able to work independently
- Ability to help in preparing training materials and process documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
