We are seeking an HR Officer to join our Paris office. This role will support the HR Business Partner and HR Assistant in delivering high-quality HR services to our team in France. The position is ideal for a candidate with a few years of HR experience who is eager to develop their expertise in a dynamic, international legal environment.Key Responsibilities :
  • Operational HR Support: Assist with daily HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and career development for employees and legal professionals in the Paris office.
  • HR Administration: Manage personnel files, draft employment contracts and amendments, and support the preparation of legal documentation related to employment relationships.
  • HRIS Management: Support the maintenance and optimization of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits processes, ensuring compliance with group standards and local regulations.
  • Trainee and Secondment Support: Help coordinate the integration and ongoing support of trainees and seconded staff within the Paris office.
  • Administrative Support: Contribute to HR-related procurement, invoice processing, and general administrative tasks.
  • Project Participation: Participate in the drafting and implementation of HR processes and policies, working closely with the HR team in Paris.
Profile Sought:
  • Education: Degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of HR experience, ideally in a professional services or legal environment.
  • Expertise: Good knowledge of French employment law; familiarity with the Paris Bar Association rules is an advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
