As Product Manager in the Payment Squad, you will transform how nonprofits collect and manage payments. Your mission is to streamline the payment journey, reduce payment friction, and expand our payment methods portfolio to support nonprofits' growth in the coming years.Your RoleProduct Strategy: Build and validate product roadmaps aligned with company strategy, focusing on payment solutions that drive nonprofit successEnd-to-End Ownership: Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery across payment features, including Tap to Pay, Payment Links, Donations, Events, and morePayment Processing Excellence: Master the technical aspects of payment processing, including PSP integration, KYC, wallet solutions, and risk managementCross-functional Leadership: Partner with external providers (PSPs) and internal stakeholders to enhance product positioning and drive adoptionData-Driven Decision Making: Track and interpret key metrics to improve payment solutions and user experience continuouslyOrganizationYou'll be the Product Manager for our Payment Squad, leading the transformation of how nonprofits collect and manage payments.Report to the Head of ProductAlongside a Tech Team Leader, you will lead a dedicated squad focused on payment solutionsWork closely with other Product Managers, Designer, Developers (Front & Back), Data & Business teams.Preferred experienceYour Profile5-7 years of experience in Product ManagementBackground from top 10 Business/Engineering school or experience in top startupExperience working on Payment products.
