Your mission is to define and execute strategies that drive measurable business growth through market insight, positioning, full-funnel optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will not only shape how the product is brought to market but also ensure that each marketing effort maps back to tangible revenue impact.This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with executional excellence, and thrives in a dynamic, data-driven environment where experimentation is encouraged and alignment across teams is critical.Key Responsibilities1. Market Segmentation & ICP Targeting
  • Define and continuously refine market segmentation and ICP (ideal customer profile) across business verticals.
  • Conduct audience research via interviews, CRM insights, and market data.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to identify positioning opportunities, whitespace, and potential threats.
  • Build and validate targeting hypotheses to inform GTM strategies.
  • Own segmentation maps used across funnel, retargeting, content, and outbound workflows.
2. Funnel Architecture & Unit Economics
  • Own the architecture of the full customer journey – from acquisition to activation and expansion.
  • Analyze funnel performance and core unit economics: CLTV, CAC, conversion rates, and time-to-close.
  • Collaborate with performance and product teams to optimize funnel efficiency and growth levers.
  • Develop dashboards and cohort-based insights to guide data-driven decisions.
3. Go-to-Market & Strategic Initiatives
  • Lead GTM planning for new products, features, and verticals.
  • Build tailored positioning and messaging frameworks for different B2B segments.
  • Act as a strategic sparring partner to the Marketing Director and CMO and support high-impact initiatives across marketing.
  • Bridge product and marketing to ensure market needs shape the product roadmap.
4. Growth & Analytics
  • Drive segmentation analysis, campaign performance tracking, and growth hypothesis testing.
  • Lead cross-functional testing initiatives: A/B tests, landing page experiments, outbound iterations.
  • Work closely with analysts to develop actionable reports and identify scalable growth tactics.
  • Monitor and improve ROMI across channels and initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Design, Content, and Performance Marketing teams.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Design, Content, and Performance Marketing teams.
  • Own strategic briefs, GTM timelines, and deliverables across internal squads.
  • Ensure aligned execution and feedback loops across growth and brand efforts.
6. Positioning & Messaging
  • Own value proposition frameworks for the core platform and vertical-specific features.
  • Craft and evolve strategic messaging used across landing pages, decks, and outbound materials.
  • Collaborate with brand and content teams to align storytelling across all channels (email, events, SMM, etc).
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth strategy, or a hybrid marketing/strategy role within a B2B SaaS or tech-driven company.
  • Proven track record in market segmentation, ICP development, and competitive positioning across verticals.
  • Strong experience designing and optimizing full-funnel customer journeys — from acquisition through retention and expansion.
  • Deep understanding of unit economics (CLTV, CAC, payback, etc.) and ability to translate insights into strategic action.
  • Proficiency in building and interpreting cohort analyses, dashboards, and funnel performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated success in driving Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new products, features, or vertical expansions.
  • Skilled in customer research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and CRM-based segmentation.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, growth, and performance marketing teams.
  • Comfortable operating as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, with strong business judgment and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian
