Account Representative

- First point of contact for all commercial and technical questions (including checking desired products for suitability and possible applications together with technology)
- Supporting new projects from the initial enquiry through to series production
- Processing administrative processes (correspondence, procurement and forwarding of samples, drawings, data sheets, supplier declarations, etc.)
- Preparation of quotations including individual price negotiations within the specified framework
- Offer tracking
- Supporting the specialist departments with complaints in commercial matters, creating credit notes and debits
- Evaluation of sales/turnover reports
- Determination of forecast data, budget in consultation with key account managers
- Working in international customer-specific portals (B2B)
- You have successfully completed a degree or formal commercial or technical training
- Professional experience in the automotive industry is desired
- Very good knowledge of English is required
- ERP (preferably SAP) and MS Office skills would be an advantage
- Technical understanding, communication skills and the ability to work in a team round out your profile
