Près de 123 millions de personnes ont ainsi été les bénéficiaires des produits Nutriset depuis 2005.Your mission: structure, secure, support.Your responsibilities are structured around five main areas:Governance & Legal Structuring:
  • Co-develop the Group’s governance and risk policy.
  • Legally structure the Group’s holdings and partnerships.
  • Draft and negotiate documents related to corporate life (General Meetings, Boards of Directors, shareholders’ agreements, etc.).
Support to Subsidiaries & Partners:
  • Provide operational legal support to subsidiaries.
  • Train local teams on legal best practices.
  • Coordinate communication with local law firms.
International Contract Management:
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and validate international contracts (distribution, joint ventures, licensing, NDAs, etc.).
  • Adapt contract templates to local specificities.
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle.
Litigation & Dispute Resolution:
  • Monitor international disputes with local lawyers.
  • Participate in defense or negotiation strategies.
  • Manage pre-litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods (mediation, arbitration).
Compliance & Regulatory Monitoring:
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations (customs, anti-corruption, GDPR, etc.).
  • Implement compliance procedures and conduct audits.
  • Monitor legal developments in the Group’s areas of operation.
  • Do you hold a Master’s degree (LL.M. or equivalent) in International Business Law, OHADA Law, or Comparative Law?
  • Have you completed a dual degree or combined studies in law and business school or international relations?
  • Do you have certifications such as CCEP, ISO 37301, GDPR, OHADA, or International Arbitration? That’s a real plus!
Key Skills:
  • Are you highly proficient in international contract management?
  • Do you have strong experience in corporate governance and legal structuring?
  • Are you comfortable with international litigation and arbitration procedures?
  • Are you well-versed in international regulations and compliance programs?
Languages & Intercultural Skills:
  • Are you fluent in English (minimum C1 level) and confident with legal English?
  • Do you have a strong intercultural sensitivity and feel comfortable in multicultural environments?
  • Do you have excellent analytical and synthesis skills, along with strong legal writing abilities?
  • Can you simplify complex legal concepts to make them accessible to all?
  • Have you already coordinated cross-functional legal projects with multidisciplinary teams?
  • Are you familiar with legal digital tools (LegalTech, CLM, cybersecurity)?
