
Inside Sales Representative

- Prospect, plan, qualify, develop, prove and close opportunities
- Manage forecasts, close deals, and track customer data using standard customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Meets monthly and quarterly revenue and bookings commitments
- Coordinates activities with clients and strategic partners to further establish Axway’s penetration within the existing customer base.
- Be the customer’s advocate
- Establishes strong relationships with key executives at strategic accounts
- Get access to power on the business and IT sides
- Determines the sales approach to sell complex IT solutions
- Creates and implements a Territory Development Plan
- Work in collaboration with AE
- Forecast
- Developing a strong customer satisfaction culture
- Articulate value proposition and understand the power map on each opportunity
- Proven track record of sales successes in a software company is a plus
- The candidate’s profile should include more specifically “hunting” sales skills
- Ability to create and execute complex sales strategies
- Strong interpersonal communication (written and oral) and presentation skills are required. The candidate understands he/she is part of team who share the same goals and ambition
- Possesses an acute sense of urgency
- Intellectually curious
- Ability to travel as required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in French and English
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Salesforce.com (SFDC)
- Must have a relevant university degree in business, sales, or marketing. Advanced degree in business management or marketing desirable.
