- Support in the creation of reports to measure fragrance brands performance (Retail sales, Market share, Top Doors and Distribution expansion). - Support on the preparation of presentations and meetings to update both Fragrance teams and Top Management teams on the portfolio achievements, market context, and brand strategies. - Drive analytics to lead from insights to recommendations for action to regional management. - Conduct key deep dives / ad-hoc analytics to support specific insights, at the request of regional management. An internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory. - Available for 6 months starting January 2025. - Internship agreement mandatory. - Minimum Education Level: Master's degree - Business school, Engineering school or Top University Degree (Student status needed during duration of internship). - Minimum Years and Area of Experience: Previous internship experience preferred. - Required Language Proficiency: Fluency in English required - an additional language from the EMEA region is a plus. - Interest in beauty or luxury goods industries with the willingness to drive impact in all projects. - Curious, self-starter mindset with high motivation & commitment to tasks at hand. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills: ability to work in a high-paced, multi-cultural team environment, with strong exposure to several brands & markets, up to senior management. - Strong analytical skills and proven rigor: advanced Microsoft 365 Office Program skills required (in particular Excel). - Keen sense of learning in a corporate setting.
