  • Electronic Signature: digitization and automation of signing processes
  • KYC & ID Verification: online identity and document verification with AI and machine learning
We are expanding and building a Professional Services team. Its mission is to support our clients in adopting and integrating our solutions. To strengthen this team, we are looking for a Solution Engineer.What you will do at Signaturit 🚀- Support clients' integration projects for our solutions (needs analysis, scoping, deployment, validation).
- Assist our clients in the design and implementation of robust integration architectures (APIs, webhooks, SSO, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with the product, development, and support teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Support clients with configuration, testing, and production deployment.
- Write API integration documentation (for clients).
- Train key users.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our integration methodologiesWhat we believe should contribute to your success in this context 🎯- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a SaaS or IT services company.
- Solid understanding of integration technologies: REST APIs, JSON, XML, SSO (OAuth2, SAML), etc.
- Knowledge of cloud environments and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and autonomy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
