- Manage a portfolio of international clients (Americas, Asia, Europe), including strategic accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure operational and commercial follow-up.
- Develop sales forecasts and contribute to the budgeting process.
- Build commercial offers by optimising logistics, financial, and tax-related costs.
- Provide the marketing teams with strategic market intelligence on clients, competitors, and developments.
- Negotiate external manganese ore purchases for the Group's alloy plants (over 500 kt/year).
- Identify and maintain a strong network of international suppliers and traders.
- Analyse supplier offers and optimise procurement costs for industrial sites.
- Monitor production site demand forecasts and coordinate logistics flows with all stakeholders.
- Master's degree (Business School, Engineering School or equivalent).
- At least 10 years of experience in export sales or procurement roles, ideally in industry or the raw materials sector.
- Strong skills in negotiation, market analysis, and contract management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-oriented mindset, rigor, and team spirit.
- Fluent English is essential (international environment).
