You will become part of an enthusiastic and collaborative team who are always looking for new challenges and to provide the best service to our clients!We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Team.Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be a strategic business partner for the entire organization, working closely with various business units and a strategic advisor to the CFO and the Leadership Team. You will help leaders of the finance department maintain and mitigate additional costs by identifying opportunities for efficiency, savings and investment. You are also focused on recording and reporting financial results and leveraging historical financial data to extrapolate future sales and earnings.You will make sure that data is available on a day to day basis which will help you to move from reactive work to providing insightful predictions and analytics that directly influence the business’s direction.Your missionsPerform the reporting and validation of the company’s financial and operational performanceBuild company-wide budgets and conducting quarterly reviews in close collaboration with all managers across the organizationResponsible for developing and maintaining budget monitoring tools for specific business area(s).Perform in-depth variance analysis on revenue and expense items, and work with business units to meet plan/budgetary objectivesMine data and perform analysis to provide insights into current and future expected performanceBuild simple to intermediate level financial models and projectionsSet up relevant and efficient KPIs definition and follow-upPerform & assist the monthly reports (board preparation) and closing process in close connection with accounting teamTeam responsibility with one direct report, who is responsible for, among other, commissions and bonus analysis, R&D capitalization, and other specific topics…Run and supervise also the financial audit (external or internal)Perform ad hoc analyses using internal and external financial and operational dataRun improvement projects, process, data tools / BI implementation within Finance and also, update regularly the company BP along with the all Europe entitiesYour profileYou have a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Business or related fieldYou have a significant experience (+8 years) as a financial auditor, transaction services and/or in financial modelingYou are highly knowledgeable in core financial skills, have a solid understanding of European GAAP & IFRS and/or specific operational areas within SAAS B2B CompanyResult and deliverables oriented, you are also very focused on detailsYour strong financial and commercial acumen allows you to understand and articulate complex financial information in a concise mannerYou are known for your excellent verbal and written communication skills in French & EnglishYou are a self-starter with a drive for excellence, an ability to build strong working relationships, and a proven ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment (fast-paced)Excel, google sheet as well as ERP, billing systems, revenue management and CRM systems have no secrets for youAn experience as a financial auditor in a big four, a background across a range of different geographies, on ERP implementation processes or M&A would be a +.
