*where permitted under applicable country laws.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Junior international management controller to strengthen our Group Controlling team and join our dynamic international Finance team.Your missions will be focused on the Group central entity (Carl) and in liaison with the Group Budget holders covering the heart of Mazars activities & business lines worldwide.You will participate in the establishment, management and monitoring of the Group Budget bringing together Mazars' key & strategic investments.Missions:
  • Preparing and analysing budgets: planning & forecast
  • Monitoring estimates, landing and spent to date with the Budget holders
  • Quadrimestral and annual reporting to the CFO and the Mazars governance
  • Implementation of automated effective reporting
  • Tracking, reporting, and analysing budget variances to monitor cost controls
  • Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance: Improvement of procedures and documentation
  • Ad hoc projects: monitoring of strategic investment envelopes, automation of analysis reports, projection analysis
  • Improving tools (Yooz, TM1, PowerBi)
Qualifications
  • Master in business/Finance/cost control/project control, from a major business school with 1 to 2 years of experience (incl. internship).
